Anthony (Tony) Simpson was admitted as a solicitor in 1970.
With expertise in many practice areas such as property law, commercial law and Wills and Estates, Tony has advised thousands of clients over the years, including major public companies as well as large and small corporations and individuals.
Tony has primarily worked in the property law space advising on financing and refinancing for companies, subdivisions both rural and residential, strata titling work, registration of easements, assisting many clients with large and small property developments including option agreements and conveyancing.
He has particular skills and interest in advising clients in relation to property projects; easements; subdivisions; and strata titling.
For over 50 years, Tony has been actively involved in serving the community and organisations in various capacities. Most recently, he was the Chairman for 6 years of the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust which included the management of Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park and Woronora Memorial Park.
